Jason Martinez

I am a business lawyer, specializing in helping large and small companies with their mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities compliance matters, corporate finance (including public and private offerings of debt and equity), corporate governance and commercial contracts. During my career, I have represented companies of all sizes across a variety of industry sectors. My colleagues and I enjoy working hand in hand with business leaders to help them achieve their goals and create value. We have over 100 years of experience advising businesses of all sizes in all types of transactions, and while ours is primarily a transaction based practice, we also advise companies on the full range of day-to-day business issues. I have been married for over 25 years to my high school sweetheart and together we have raised four wonderful boys. After spending the first few years of our marriage in NYC, we relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina, in 1997, to raise our family. We have never looked back on that decision, and have thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Triangle.
