Brian Mccracken

I represent, counsel, and train management in all areas of state and federal employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unfair labor practices, restrictive covenants, wage and hour disputes, drug testing, and employment terminations and severance. I have represented clients at all stages of litigation in state and federal court, and I routinely represent clients in administrative proceedings before the N.C. Department of Labor, the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other federal and state agencies. I am admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in North Carolina and South Carolina. I have represented employers in a variety of industries, including healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, retail, and finance. I am a Judge Advocate (“JAG”) in the U.S. Army Reserve, where I serve part-time. Prior to joining Wyrick Robbins, I worked in the Spartanburg, South Carolina office of Ford Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a graduate of Duke University School of Law, where I received a J.D. and L.L.M. in International and Comparative Law.
