About Caitlin Walton
Caitlin Walton focuses her practice on civil litigation with a concentration in ERISA and employee benefits law. She is dedicated to helping individuals secure the benefits they’ve rightfully earned - whether through long-term and short-term disability insurance claims, health benefit denials, life and accidental death insurance disputes, or retirement and pension plan issues.Caitlin represents clients at all stages of the claims process, from initial administrative appeals through litigation in federal district and appellate courts. Her approach is both thorough and client-centered, with a focus on resolving complex benefit disputes efficiently and effectively.Caitlin earned her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as a teaching assistant for the legal writing program and the LL.M. program. She graduated summa cum laude from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, a minor in journalism, and a certificate in technical and professional writing.
