About Mark Williams
For 50 years Williams Law Firm has litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout Montana. Managing Partner Mark Williams has been in practice for over 30 of those years, with over 30 civil jury trials as lead trial counsel, often defending high exposure cases, and with a co-counsel obtained the largest verdict in Montana state court history, in a 2014 products liability fatality case. Mark now regularly serves as a mediator, and has taught insurance law as an adjunct at the UM School of Law.Mark has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.Specialties: Serves as Settlement Master / Mediator. Lead trial counsel for a variety of civil litigation matters including commercial litigation; personal injury and death cases, medical negligence, and other professional liability matters; insurance related litigation.
