About Elizabeth Nedrow
For more than 25 years, I have advised employers on the federal tax and ERISA aspects of the benefit plans they offer to their employees. I especially enjoy working with employee ownership models such as options/equity plans, ESOPs, and the exciting new area of employee ownership / perpetual trusts (EOTs and PPTs). This means that my catalog of experience includes 409A deferred compensation, 280G golden parachute / change in control payments, ERISA fiduciary best practices, IRS qualified plan corrections, employer stock funds and ESOPs, and Mental Health Parity and other mandates for employers.
