About Michael Rabb
A veteran of the real estate industry for almost two decades, Michael has both legal, and practical, real estate knowledge. He has worked as a real estate agent, right-of-way agent, real estate broker, and real estate attorney. He uses this array of experience to represent shopping center owners, property management firms, title insurance companies, development companies, lenders, escrow companies and others in the real estate industry. His legal background also provides hims with unique insight into right of way acquisitions and relocations, which allows him to effectively and efficiently manage right of way projections as vice president of Tierra Right of Way and as manager of Tierra's Montana operations. Michael is currently president of Chapter 45 of the International Right of Way Association, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Montana, Arizona and California, as well as the federal courts for the District of Montana, the District of Arizona and the Northern District of California. He is also a licensed real estate broker in California. Michael is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the Montana, California and Arizona Bar Associations and the Montana Trial Lawyers Association.
