Tom Louis' background as a practicing pharmacist has proven invaluable in medical and personal injury cases, as well as in depositions of physicians and other experts in scientific fields. Tom has an extensive premises liability practice. He also has extensive experience in malpractice defense and class action suits, and has represented clients in cases involving asbestos, tobacco, and pharmaceutical products, as well as many other industries. Tom holds an AV rating, the highest rating attainable, from Martindale-Hubbell. In 2003, he was named an Outstanding Lawyer of America.
