I have experience in the representation of public and private entities, property owners, landlords and tenants, individuals, governmental bodies, and political subdivisions in a variety of matters, including in drafting and negotiating real estate, development, construction, and other agreements, administrative and special governmental matters, annexations, legislation construction and interpretation, and in the formation and representation of special business and improvement districts.My corporate transactions and business law practice includes advising corporations and closely held companies on issues concerning formation and development, long and short-term planning, corporate governance, acquisitions, sales, commercial real estate transactions, the negotiation and documentation of business transactions, and general corporate representation.
