Kenneth Brostron

Kenneth C. Brostron celebrated his 49th year of trial work. He defends health care providers and attorneys in professional negligence claims. He counsels businesses and government agencies in all aspects of their operations including disputes involving intellectual property and technology. He is also well-known for his work in education law, as well as state and United States constitutional matters. Mr. Brostron has tried countless trials to verdict including many trials involving high risk and significant exposure to his clients. He was counsel to the Board of Education for the City of St. Louis for over 25 years. During that time he was lead counsel in the St. Louis Desegregation Case which generated billions of dollars for services to provide area children with educational opportunities and advocated and received court orders that generated millions of dollars for capital improvements of City schools. For 15 years, Ken has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the fields of Medical Malpractice Law and Personal Injury Litigation, most recently in 2015 and was selected for inclusion in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers in the field of Personal Injury Medical Malpractice: Defense, each year since 2005 in the Top 100 category.
