At Lashly, I have been able to become an experienced employment and municipal law attorney and litigator. Throughout my career, I have represented governmental and private sector employers before administrative agencies, trial courts, and appellate courts in employment discrimination, wage & hour and other employment and labor disputes. I also assist clients with counseling and guidance on drafting and implementing employment policies and compliance issues. In addition to my employment practice, I advice municipal law clients on a myriad of legal issues, serving as City Attorney for Wentzville, Missouri, and Glendale, Missouri, and as special employment and labor counsel for numerous other municipalities in the Greater St. Louis Area. In addition to my employment and municipal law practice, I handle litigation involving commercial disputes, including breach of contract, condemnation, construction, and real estate matters.
