John Hubbard

I am a business trial lawyer who leads Hubbard Snitchler & Parzianello PLC's litigation practice. I specialize in civil litigation with concentrations in securities law, construction law, and commercial disputes. I have been lead trial counsel in State and Federal courts and arbitrations throughout the United States. I have extensive experience in litigating such issues as business torts, contract disputes, injunctive actions, employment law, construction claims, securities, minority shareholder oppression and shareholder disputes, enforcement and defense of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and trade secret matters. I am licensed to practice in both Michigan and Florida. I plan to continue to serve Michigan clients with Florida business and property interests and accept referrals from Michigan professionals whose clients may need Florida counsel. I have acted as an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), National Association Securities Dealers (NASD), New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the National Arbitration Forum (NAF). I am also a Mediator for the AAA, dealing with Commercial Securities & Construction. In January 2015, I was certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as Circuit Court Mediator. I have active involvement with the Bar Association. I was Chairman District I of the Character and Fitness Committee (2004-2005), within the Business Section of the State Bar of Michigan. For many years I was an elected member of the State Bar of Michigan Representative Assembly. I am currently appointed to the Standing Committee on Professional Ethics for a 3 year term. For the American Bar Association I am involved with the Forum on the Construction Industry. Also, I am a part of the Oakland County Bar Association, as Chairman of the Federal Court Committee, CLE Committee Member, Circuit Court Committee Member, Fellow, and ADR Committee Member.
