About Fahd Haque
I'm the founder of Haque Legal, PLC, a family law firm in Bloomfield Hills serving Oakland County and metro Detroit. I started practicing in 2014, spending five years learning litigation from the ground up — client relations, tough cases, courtroom by courtroom. In 2019, I built the firm I wished had existed: one where clients get direct access to their attorney, every case is prepared as if it's going to trial, and the standard of care never slips. Today our practice centers on family law: contested divorce, child custody, parenting time, and complex property division — including high-asset divorces involving businesses, retirement assets, and closely-held companies. We've also built a dedicated fathers' rights and paternity practice, an area most firms overlook. The firm additionally handles select immigration and personal injury matters.
