Adrienne Dresevic

Adrienne Dresevic is a founding partner of The Health Law Partners, P.C. Prior to entering law school, she worked as an auditor in the Asset Based Lending Group of NBD, where she was promoted to an officer in 1995. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2002, where she was elected as a member of the Order of the Coif. While at Wayne State, she was the recipient of Wayne Faculty Awards in Criminal Law and Contracts, Dean Scholarship, and Scholarship for outstanding performance in Health Law. Ms. Dresevic practices in all areas of healthcare law and devotes a substantial portion of her practice to providing clients with counsel and analysis regarding Stark and fraud and abuse. She also regularly assists clients with compliance issues, reimbursement issues, and payor audits. Ms. Dresevic is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association (Member, Health Law Section), State Bar of Michigan (Member, Health Care Law Section), and State Bar of New York (Member, Health Law Section). Ms. Dresevic is the Chair of the Publications Committee of the American Bar Association ("ABA") Health Law Section. She also is the Chair of the ABA Fraud and Abuse Toolkit. Ms. Dresevic has also served as the Chair of the ABA eSource publication. Ms. Dresevic has written extensively on subjects across the spectrum of health care law, including, co-authoring a monthly column in the Association for Medical Imaging Management's (AHRA) publication, Link, regarding up-to-date legal issues relevant to imaging providers and suppliers Specialties: Healthcare Law Stark, Anti-Kickback and Fraud and Abuse Corporate and Transactional Law Compliance and HIPAA Billing and Reimbursement
