I am a very experienced trial attorney. In addition to trial matters, I am a very experienced mediator having mediated more than 300 Federal court cases and more than 500 cases which were pending in the Michigan courts My mediation experience has included cases in almost every area of the law from environmental and patent cases to personal injury and large asset divorce cases. I have served as president of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Michigan and the president of the State Bar of Michigan.
