About Jonathon Fazzola
I am a civil litigator who has worked on a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal court. My matters have involved federal civil rights violations, contract, insurance, and trademark disputes, business torts, indemnity actions, and securities class actions, among others. I have also advised and assisted clients in connection with commercial compliance matters and investigations by the Department of Justice and other federal agencies related to alleged violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and federal contracting regulations. Before joining The Fierberg National Law Group, I practiced for five years at the Chicago office of the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, and as a bilingual staff attorney with the Family Defense Center. I also served for two years as a Community Economic Development Consultant with the U.S. Peace Corps in the Republic of Panama.
