My practice comprises a wide range of litigation matters in many practice areas. I spend most of my time litigating cases with millions of dollars in dispute. Examples of practice areas of litigation are as follows: premises, automobile negligence, product liability, personal protection insurance benefits, property protection insurance benefits, intellectual property (patent, trademark, trade dress, copyright, trade secrets), subrogation, and probate. Examples of the substantive subject matter of cases are as follows: hydraulic presses, natural gas compressors, food products, automobile components, household appliances, industrial products, personal injury, and property damage. I have more than a decade of experience with all procedural aspects of litigation from initial claims to pleadings and discovery to trial and final appeal. My practice also covers transactional matters including patent and trademark applications, business documents, nondisclosure agreements, patent licensing agreements, and Wills and Power of Attorney documents. Additionally, I am the co-managing partner of the firm and am involved in administrative and business development issues.
