Steven Mogul

I have been a litigation attorney since 1984. My practice focuses on personal injury, Social Security disability, family law, Collaborative Divorce, timber trespass or theft, and general civil litigation. I also offer services as a mediator or arbitrator. I am Past president of the Penobscot County Bar Association and contributing author of five ABA 50-State Surveys of the Law in the fields of pharmaceutical and products liability litigation. From 2008 to 2013, I served on the Fee Arbitration Commission of the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar, including as chair of one of the Arbitration Panels. These panels hear and decide fee disputes between attorneys and their clients. I have also been active in the non-profit world, including service to the American Red Cross from the local to the national level, as well as service on the board of the Maine Discovery Museum, as a member of the Mariaville Comprehensive Planning Committee, and as president of the Bangor Community Theatre. I currently serve on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Bangor Symphony Orchestra.
