Gene Libby

I am a founding partner of Libby O'Brien Kingsley & Champion, LLC in Kennebunk, Maine, where I practice in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, family law, real estate disputes, small business litigation, personal injury, and professional negligence. I am admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Maine and in First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston, Massachusetts. I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Maine Bar Association and Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America. I am a member of the Trial Law Institute and the Diversity Law Institute.
