DANIEL GILLIGAN

I am a director of the firm Troubh Heisler, PA, in Portland, Maine. My practice focuses on employment law, civil litigation and workers' compensation. As well as the Maine bar, I am also admitted before the Massachusetts Bar Association. I have successfully argued numerous reported cases before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court and the Federal Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Raised in Newburgh, New York, I moved to Boston for college. I spent several years working in consumer sales for M&M / Mars in both Boston and Buffalo before returning to Boston for Law School in 1983. After graduating in 1986, I moved to Maine where I have been practicing ever since. I currently live in Portland with my wife Kathy.
