Client representation primarily focused on commercial litigation, coverage litigation (arising out of all lines of insurance, fidelity and surety bonding), products liability defense, estate litigation, employment discrimination, copyright infringement, professional malpractice and complex personal injury litigation. Formerly employed by CIGNA in fast track management program designed to prepare for senior corporate leadership career.
