Managing Partner at Rice Law. Founder and managing partner of Rice Law, a Maryland-based personal injury and criminal defense firm with offices serving Maryland. I launched the Law Offices of Randolph Rice in 2009 with a mission to deliver aggressive, compassionate legal representation across a wide range of practice areas—including personal injury, DUI/DWI defense, criminal law, medical malpractice, and traffic matters. In 2021, we rebranded from Rice, Murtha & Psoras to Rice Law. We continue to represent victims of personal injury and medical malpractice as well as the accused and victims with integrity, skill, and a relentless commitment to results. Before founding my firm, I served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore County, where I handled thousands of criminal cases and developed extensive trial experience in both District and Circuit Court. That prosecutorial background informs my current work, whether I’m negotiating settlements for injury victims or defending the rights of those facing serious charges. I earned my B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and my J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans, completing my final year of law school at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore. In addition to managing my practice, I regularly appear as a legal analyst on Court TV, Fox News, Fox Nation, and other media outlets, offering expert commentary on high-profile criminal cases and national legal stories every week.
