Dana McKee

Dana McKee is one of Maryland’s foremost family law attorneys and a partner of Brown, Goldstein & Levy. She chairs the firm’s family law practice and has extensive experience representing clients with high net worth who are experiencing complex family law cases, including divorce, custody, and related financial issues. Dana has over 30 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of family law and handling complex commercial litigation. She counsels clients preparing for marriage regarding prenuptial agreements and those in the divorce process involving separation agreements, custody and visitation, alimony, property division, child support, child and spousal abuse, and post-divorce modifications. A compassionate advocate for all stakeholders in a case, Dana understands that often, divorce litigation is not appropriate for protecting the best interests of the families and children tied to a dispute. She is trained and experienced in Collaborative Law; an alternative dispute resolution process that takes family law matters out of the courtroom. She obtained substantial sanctions against a national manufacturer and its attorneys for discovery abuses in a product liability case ―a decision that received statewide and national attention.
