Mark Chalpin

I have been licensed to practice law since 1982 and have more than 20 years experience. I have been in private practice on my own since 1997 and have developed a general civil practice including civil litigation, appeals, legal malpractice, employment discrimination, probate, personal injury and landlord tenant. I love being my own boss and having flexibility. I pride myself at providing quality representation at a reasonable price and communicating well and responsively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, etc. It gives me great joy when I can achieve a favorable result for a client. I studied political science at Stanford, have worked in numerous campaigns, was a lobbyist in the '80s, and enjoy political analysis. I have been an avid golfer since age 12 and play competitively.
