Jennifer Stair

My legal practice focuses primarily on union representation. Union Representation: I have worked with both private and public sector unions. In particular, I have assisted with union negotiation, grievance handling and arbitration, and internal union governance. While most of my clients are based in the greater Baltimore area, I have worked with union clients that have a national presence. ADR Focus: I am interested in alternative dispute resolution. I have worked with Federal Mediators during labor negotiations as union-side counsel, attended mediation at the EEOC and MCCR to assist and counsel clients during the process, and I have served as a volunteer mediator for the Community Mediation program. Service: I enjoy volunteering with the Women's Law Center Employment Law Hotline to answer the employment related questions about a wide range of employment law issues for Marylanders. I also edit a chapter of the MSBA Employment Law Deskbook.
