DANIEL J MILLER is a principal at the Law Firm. We concentrate our practice in securities law, complex civil and business litigation, medical malpractice and catastrophic injury including Auto, Motorcycle, Trucking, Boating, and Aviation accidents, to Medical Malpractice, including Cerebral Palsy, Birth Injury, and Wrongful Death. Additionally, we represent clients in contract formation, defense and prosecuting business fraud as well as oil and gas leaks, water contamination, carbon monoxide poisoning etc. Dan is an extraordinary, one of a kind individual, volunteering in the Israeli army during the Gulf War, where he joined a program to relieve fellow soldiers, giving them time with their families. He also aided in search and rescue missions at the WTC - Ground Zero after the 911 attacks, risking his life to save others, receiving accommodations for his heroism. Mr. Miller graduated with top honors from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University and started in the securities industry for years before deciding to attend Law School. Mr. Miller graduated Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore, School of Law. Mr. Miller has been married for twenty years has three children and four dogs, served on various boards, which include the Red Cross, JNF, BZD and GPRC.Mr. Miller is a member of the Million and Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum and numerous other legal associations and honor societies. Daniel Miller was an associate of the Snyder Litigation Team, and was a lead member of the trial team representing multiple plaintiffs against ExxonMobil, in a ground-breaking Multi-Million Dollar law suit, with approximately a 150 Million Dollar verdict. Additionally, they represented 300+ clients in a multi-billion dollar suit involving fraud and discrimination against one of the largest insurance companies. Mr. Miller started his storied career in 1995 and has since served as the lead litigation technology advisor for many multi-million-dollar cases across the nation.
