I am a zealous advocate and creative problem solver. I represent individuals in family law matters and insurance carriers and their insureds in litigated cases. INSURANCE DEFENSE I joined Wright, Constable & Skeen over 25 years ago to defend the firm’s railroad clients in serious personal injury cases. Since then, my insurance defense practice has expanded to include transportation, motor vehicle, premise liability, and property loss. I work closely with claims representatives and claims counsel to develop effective and cost-efficient solutions to their litigation risks. If necessary, I provide aggressive and responsible representation at trial. I am the firm’s liaison with The Harmonie Group, a national consortium of trial lawyers engaged in representing the insurance defense industry.
