I’m an estate planning attorney with nearly two decades of legal experience and a clear mission: to help families prepare for the unexpected with clarity, confidence, and compassion. I work primarily with families in Montgomery County and surrounding areas, guiding them through wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and strategies to avoid probate and court involvement. Clients often come to me with big questions—about their children, their legacy, and their peace of mind. I take the time to listen, explain, and build plans that reflect their values and priorities. My goal isn’t just to draft documents; it’s to give families real security and understanding. In addition to my estate planning practice, I’ve served as General Counsel for Spartan Medical, Inc. for nearly seven years. Spartan is a thriving medical distribution company, and my role has given me the opportunity to work across a wide range of legal areas, including corporate governance, contract negotiation, federal contracting, regulatory compliance, employment law, charitable foundations, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, litigation management, and oversight of outside counsel. Earlier in my career, I represented clients in family, criminal, personal injury, landlord/tenant, and commercial litigation matters, which gave me a strong foundation and a practical, real-world perspective. I’m also a qualified Maryland mediator, trained to help individuals and families navigate difficult decisions with clarity and mutual respect. When I’m not practicing law, I’m a husband, a dad, a former Marine, and someone who believes that good planning is a gift you give the people you love.
