Thomas Valkenet

Mr. Valkenet concentrates his Young & Valkenet law practice on litigation of disputes involving real property, construction, surety, insurance, probate, bankruptcy adversary proceedings and other matters involving a broken promise that must be enforced or excused. This experience is borne of 36 years of trial, arbitration and appeals at all levels of the state and federal court systems in several States. Mr. Valkenet is also a Maryland real estate broker, operating Valkenet Brokerage, LLC with his son and law partner, Ian. The brokerage focuses on residential and commercial transactions arising through receiverships, estate administration, divorce, partitions, and title disputes.
