Christian Hinrichsen

I have extensive experience in complex litigation matters, including bench and jury trials, arbitrations, administrative proceedings and mediations. My corporate counseling includes risk assessment and contract review. I am admitted to the state and federal courts of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. My practice has earned selections as a “Massachusetts Super Lawyer” and a “Massachusetts Rising Star Attorney” in Boston Magazine and New England Super Lawyers Magazine. I am active in both national and state bar associations. I have served as the Vice Chair of the American Bar Association YLD’s Health Law Committee, and was co-editor of the Committee’s inaugural newsletter. Additionally, I'm a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, where I was appointed to the Civil Litigation Section Council. I'm also a member of the New Hampshire and Rhode Island Bar Associations and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association. I've been representing clients in professional liability matters, insurance coverage and a variety of business disputes for more than fifteen years.
