About Holly Rogers
Holly is a partner in the firm’s Connecticut and New York offices. Her practice focuses on all facets of employment law, and the areas of professional liability and general liability. Holly represents clients in both federal and state courts in Connecticut and New York, as well as before federal and state agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York City Commission on Human Rights, and the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. Prior to joining Melick & Porter, Holly developed a successful litigation practice while working at law firms in Connecticut and New York. She also served as General Counsel to both a litigation consulting firm and a financial services firm. Holly earned a bachelor’s degree and a doctor of law degree from the University of Connecticut. She has authored and published articles in the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and the Real Estate Finance Journal.
