About Matthew DiMario
The focus of my practice has always been grounded in early and efficient case analysis and resolution. Over the past 15 years, I’ve aided a diverse variety of carriers, their insureds and other self-insured entities in the successful defense and resolution of everything from professional liability and employment law claims to every day car accident and slip and fall injury cases. I also devote a significant portion of my practice to navigating the intricacies of first party “bad faith” litigation involving PIP and MedPay claims, offering clarity in the form of coverage analysis, defense, and resolution of these often confusing claims. Admitted in RI, MA, & U.S. District Court RI. Certified Mediator; RI Superior Court Approved Arbitrator for pre-suit litigation and RI Superior Court Annexed Arbitrations.
