About James Bucking
I currently serve as Managing Partner of Foley Hoag, a 350+ attorney firm with offices in Boston, Denver, New York, Paris, and Washington, DC. As Managing Partner, I am responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations and overall strategic direction and growth of the firm. I work alongside my partners and the entire Foley Hoag team to ensure that Foley Hoag continues to provide superior results for our clients, while being an inclusive, collegial and rewarding place to work. I am the immediate past chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment group, where my practice focuses on representing corporations and other employers in union disputes, complex employment litigation and a wide range of other labor and employment matters.
