I have the privilege of supporting the visa and immigration needs of foreign nationals by providing counsel regarding maintaining proper nonimmigrant status, pursuing lawful permanent residence, and similarly related immigration matters. My experience includes aspects of employment and family based immigration law. I have had a specialized focus on employment-based immigration since 2001. I have represented individual clients and Fortune 500 companies in the acquisition of employment-based visas through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service. I have extensive experience securing temporary employment-based immigration visas such as H, L, TN, and O non-immigrant visa petitions (including portability petitions, 7th year extensions, and cap-sensitive cases) and coordinating non-immigrant visa stamps appointments at U.S. Consular Posts abroad. I have additional experience with employment-based immigrant visas including Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, Multinational Manager, and Skilled Worker petitions, as well as preparing and filing Labor Certification Applications with the U.S. Department of Labor under PERM. I received my undergraduate degree from Providence College in 1996 and my Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 2001, where I was an Articles Editor for the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights.
