About Brette Hart
My practice focuses on all types of civil litigation including automobile, premises liability, products liability, and insurance coverage litigation. I have successfully tried numerous jury trials in courts located across Missouri and Kansas and have appellate experience including in front of the Missouri Court of Appeals and Kansas Supreme Court. I earned my undergraduate degree from Truman State University in 2001 and my law degree from Washburn University School of Law in 2005, with honors. I am licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas and am admitted in the trial and appellate courts of both states. I have been selected as a "Rising Star" by the Missouri/Kansas SuperLawyers for the years 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.
