Andrew Skinner

ANDREW E. SKINNER born Evansville, Indiana, 1983; admitted to bar, 2014, Indiana and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana; 2015 Kentucky and U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky. EDUCATION: University of Southern Indiana (B.S., 2006); Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law, (J.D., 2014). Member: Evansville and Indiana State Bar Associations. PRACTICE AREAS: Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice Defense, Civil Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. Estate and Business Planning, Local Government Law. Mr. Skinner has successfully defended physicians, practice groups, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, and hospitals through the medical malpractice claim process, both with the Indiana Department of Insurance and in State Court. In addition, Mr. Skinner has defended local businesses in general liability claims, including fire loss and products liability. In addition to his defense litigation practice, Mr. Skinner also utilizes his talents to assist individuals and businesses in the areas of Commercial/Business Law and Estate Planning. Mr. Skinner also has extensive experience in local government representation. Mr. Skinner is active in his community, serving on the Warrick County Community Foundation board and at his local church. Mr. Skinner also serves on the Warrick County School Board. Mr. Skinner lives in Newburgh with his wife and five children. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Skinner obtained his undergraduate education at the University of Southern Indiana in Elementary Education. Mr. Skinner served as a teacher in the Warrick County School Corporation for 5 years in the elementary and middle school levels.
