Alice Morical

I’m a trial court litigator who is skilled at effectively navigating complex and high-stakes litigation. I represent clients across the country in commercial litigation, torts, and product liability disputes. In federal and state courts, I represent companies, municipalities, and higher education institutions in disputes relating to breach of contract claims, mergers and acquisitions, business torts, and statutory claims. In addition to experience with jury and bench trials, I have represented clients in arbitrations and on appeal in federal and state appellate courts. I approach each commercial dispute with a focus on my clients’ priorities, providing strategic advice and creative solutions to achieve my clients’ objectives. I am equally comfortable aggressively litigating as I am working cooperatively with opposing counsel to reach a negotiated resolution. I have found that an effective strategy, thorough preparation, and clear focus on my clients’ goals are key to maximizing the chances for success. I also represent clients in product liability and substantial tort actions including in multi-district, class action, and coordinated proceedings. I am particularly experienced in product liability matters involving the technology industry. On a personal level, I love traveling, reading, eating out and just spending time with my family. I also enjoy running, hiking, cooking New York Times recipes, getting together with friends, and attending events.
