I have extensive litigation experience and have tried numerous bench and jury trials, and have handled many other meditations and arbitrations for a vast variety of clients. I also have extensive experience in contract negotiation and drafting, loan documentation, real estate (lease and sale) transactions, non-compete and other employment related matters as well as other business transactions. Finally, I have assisted clients with a variety of bankruptcy issues in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 Bankruptcies. I always seek the most cost efficient ways to either resolve the client's dispute or finalize the business negotiation, while counseling the client about the risks and costs involved in alternative strategies, always keeping in mind that it is the client's case, not mine.
