Don Wruck

Don is a nationally recognized civil trial attorney and founding partner of Wruck Paupore PC, a multi-state law firm with offices in Chicago and Indiana. In addition to major and catastrophic injury cases, WPPC was a pioneer in representing nursing home residents who have injured or abused. Don completed his undergraduate study at Carthage College, in Wisconsin, majoring in Economics and Spanish. Mr. Wruck attended law school at Valparaiso University School of Law and then worked for a short time in Madrid, Spain. As a result of his support of his alma mater, Carthage College dedicated the Donald W. Wruck Seminar facility located in the Clausen Center for World Business.Professionally, Don appears in the court-room based series "Lockup" airing on the NBC networks. He also appeared on the MTV series “Juvies,” which aired on MTV to a worldwide audience. Don appears as himself in both series as the attorney representing and defending the children. Don has an extensive and impressive history as a major-market radio personality. At the age of 16, Don was recognized as the youngest prime-time DJ at a top-20 market station in the country when he worked the M-F 6-10 pm shift at WLUM Hot 102, in Milwaukee and later at Hot 94.7 in Chicago. "Retiring" from broadcasting at the age of 21, Don leveraged his deep connections with entertainment industry artists and producers. After law school, he moved to the legal side of the entertainment industry, serving as managing attorney to many world famous musical artists, relationships he maintains to this day. Over his career, Don has authored more than 50 briefs before the Indiana Court of Appeals and he is regularly asked to provide continuing education to other lawyers. By invitation, Don is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization which includes less than 1% of all trial lawyers. He is annually recognized by SuperLawyers and is ranked A/V Preeminent by Martindale Hubble, the highest rating given to trial lawyers. He is also ranked a Perfect 10 “Excellent” in personal injury law by AVVO, an achievement based upon experiences reported by clients and other lawyers. Don is an instrument rated pilot. He is a single-digit handicap golfer. Don shares time between his homes in Chicago and Naples, Florida, and maintains a summer residence in Sotogrande, Spain.
