Dan focuses his law practice in all areas of Construction Law, Labor and Employment Law, Public Contract Law and Surety Law for Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP, a full services firm with offices in Carmel, Indianapolis and Merrillville, Indiana. Dan represents all participants in the construction industry, including public and private owners, general and prime contractors and subcontractors in all types of project delivery systems and performance and payment disputes, including project delays and impacts, constructive changes, and defaults. Dan also represents construction and non-construction businesses in a variety of labor and employment law issues, including project labor agreements, grievances, unfair labor practices, bannering and striking issues, alter ego/successor liability, and wage and hour disputes.
