Dennis Dykhuizen

I am Rothberg Logan & Warsco's senior partner in said firm’s Health Care and Business Practice groups. My practice is in the areas of health care, business and commercial transactions. I have experience in assisting clients with tax matters, business succession planning, acquisitions, joint ventures, estate planning, financing and contract negotiations. I represent a wide range of physician groups and health care providers, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, assisted living and long-term care facilities, independent diagnostic testing facilities, and numerous health care joint ventures. I also have a great deal of experience in representing nonprofit organizations as well, both within and outside of the health care arena. Further, he has assisted clients in obtaining various forms of financing for their businesses, including tax-exempt financing when appropriate. I am a Fort Wayne native, a graduate of Indiana University Kelly School of Business (1977 accounting). Subsequently I obtained my Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington (1980). Prior to joining Rothberg Logan & Warsco in 1983, I did tax consulting for the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Company. Bar Admissions • Indiana, 1980
