Mary Schiff

I am of counsel with Ziemer, Stayman, Weitzel & Shoulders in Evansville, Indiana. I am a trial attorney focusing my practice on labor and employment law and civil and commercial litigation. I practice in Indiana and am licensed to practice in Ohio and the federal courts in Western Kentucky. I handle cases in the areas of civil rights discrimination, Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, harassment, ADA, OFCCP, OSHA, MSHA and commercial disputes involving contracts, breach of fiduciary duty and business torts. I earned my undergraduate degree, from the Xavier University, Cincinnati Ohio in 1986. I then received my law degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1989. I am a past member of Brooks Inn of Court, a graduate of Leadership Evansville, and a member of the American, Indiana State, Ohio State, and Evansville Bar Associations.
