Insurance defense, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, construction law, and general corporate planning. I am a member of a multi-service law firm engaged in a general civil practice. As of the summer of 2019, I am a Registered Civil Mediator in Indiana. I enjoy the process of creatively working toward a solution - "Let's solve this together!" I have 17 years of experience in general civil litigation. I have been awarded the Rising Star designation by Super Lawyers on 6 occasions. Most recently, I was recognized as a Super Lawyer in 2019. I am a former President of the Evansville Bar Association. I aim to take a practical approach to litigation and focus on a solution. Lawsuits and pre-suit issues tend to be smoother when the goal is achieving a desirable result quickly and efficiently. When I am not practicing law, I stay involved in the community and keeping up with my family's full slate of activities. On the side, I teach the occasional wine tasting class, which I enjoy immensely!
