Robert Emmerson

Mr. Emmerson's practice is primarily dedicated to litigation in state and federal courts. He practices extensively in the areas of professional liability, primarily for design professionals, business disputes, immigration, and trucking and personal injury law. Mr. Emmerson has served on committees and as a presenter for a variety of legal topics. BAR ADMISSIONS: Indiana, U.S. District Courts for Northern and Southern Districts; Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. MEMBER: Indianapolis Bar Association; Indiana State Bar Association (Law Practice Management Committee and Federal Judiciary Committee); American Bar Association; Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and Defense Research Institute. CIVIC ACTIVITIES: Rob is actively involved with Mudsock Youth Athletics where he serves as President of the Board of Directors.
