I advocate for people injured by other people's carelessness when it has caused serious injury or death. I have experience helping people of all ages and given lectures on a variety of topics including wrongful death, presentation of evidence, handling medical insurance and lack of insurance (in personal injury and wrongful death cases). In the criminal defense context I defend my clients' rights under our Indiana and United States Constitutions, and advise them on the best course of action in difficult situations. Specialties: Personal injuries or wrongful death from car, truck, animal attack or other negligence. Criminal defense of OWI, theft, public intoxication, battery, and possession/dealing drugs.
