I speak and teach people how to negotiate and engage conflict. Doing it well is practical and essential. The most common response to any kind of conflict is "Why don't you change so I'll feel better." While natural, it is unhelpful. My work is to help people fear conflict less and do it better. People hire me to give keynotes, consult, and teach on conflict, negotiation, trust, and hard conversations. I work with organizations to help key managers succeed. I’ve mediated over 5,000 cases and taught hundreds of law students at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. I've spoken and given workshops to groups around the world.
