My practice is primarily focused in the areas of creditor's rights and commercial/business front-end and workout related services. I also regularly participate in complex bankruptcy matters throughout Indiana. I counsel lenders, suppliers and creditors with regard to numerous bankruptcy and other financial issues in all chapters of Title 11. I also assist lenders and other businesses with regard to compliance and other regulatory matters. In addition, I provide general business, personal, and commercial representation. What I like most about legal practice is understanding the issues, the facts and the law - and utilizing that information to effectively advocate for my clients or to negotiate a pragmatic resolution. Being entrusted with a client's important matter is a privilege and has to be earned through hard, competent work.
