As an attorney at Voyles Vaiana Lukemeyer Baldwin & Webb, I counsel clients facing internal and criminal investigations and I represent clients accused of violating local, state, and federal law.In addition to criminal trial litigation, I have experience representing clients on appeal and in collateral proceedings including forfeiture, administrative and judicial review, post-conviction relief, and expungement.A member of the Indianapolis Bar Association's Appellate Practice Section Executive Committee, I have presented oral arguments before both the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court and I have represented clients in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. I also serve as an associate faculty member at Indiana University.
