I've been an immigration lawyer for almost 20 years. The last thing I expected to build was a non-alcoholic wine brand.But on my 40th birthday (in COVID), my sister-in-law, Faith, and I wanted to toast the milestone properly. We searched for a non-alcoholic wine and realized there was a real gap - something sophisticated that actually tasted like wine, and without all the sugar or juice of many NA options.So we made our own and Nouvie was born! Faith is a marketing expert, entrepreneur, and startup strategist who's helped launch some of America's fastest-growing brands. I'm a lawyer who's built a career on being resourceful, resilient, and relentless - and alongside Faith, this was the problem we wanted to solve! Together, we sourced Spanish grapes, found a distillation process that preserves true wine flavor, and built something we actually wanted to drink - sparkling, sophisticated, with no added sugar and no juice. One of the lowest-sugar NA wines on the market.Nouvie isn't a "mocktail", and it's not a compromise. It's a wine experience, without the alcohol - so you can raise a glass to whatever matters most.
