Robert Zielinski

I represent employers in all legal aspects of the of the employer-employee relationship; including, union-management labor relations, diversity and discrimination, compensation, covenants not to compete, dispute resolution and proactive compliance planning. My advocacy of client interests extends to the courthouse, including first chair trial experience in more than ten states and numerous agency proceedings and arbitrations. My work for various higher education clients lead to developing expertise in various non-employment higher education issues such as student rights and discipline, NCAA compliance/investigations, tenure hearing, Title IX and faculty governance. I frequently lecture on topics related to my core areas of practice with the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the Illinois State Bar Association and other groups; including ADA and FMLA compliance; Responding to Government Investigations, and trial advocacy.
