Erin Adamski

I am an attorney and Partner with Newland & Newland, LLP., where I handle mainly litigation files from start to finish, including therefore attempting pre-litigation resolution all the way through conclusory petitions to adjudicate and arbitration proceedings and procedures necessary to obtain recoveries in excess of the policy and/or underinsured policies. My practice mainly centers around personal injury, wrongful death, defamation (for Plaintiff and Defendant), and premises liability law. I also dabble in other related areas that do not require as much in-court argument, such as probate opening and closings for minors and decedents, cease and desist letters in various areas, and municipal law. I am proud to say that I have been named as a "Top 100 Personal Injury Trial Lawyer" in the State of Illinois, not because the award matters, but because my passion must be showing - and *that* matters, to me. I am also a member of the Northwest and DuPage Suburban Bar Associations, and Illinois State Bar Assocation.
